Nicholas was amazing! I came right from getting hit in parking lot and he helped fix it right up, and was so helpful! Great person and great service. He was very knowledgable on the car and helped me understand what was going on! I would recommend him and this place for anyone needing good service.

Avoid this repair shop at all costs. This team is highly unprofessional, unreliable, and will cause additional damages to your vehicle while they have it in their possession. On top of all that, my vehicle has been returned to me in a filthy condition because they don’t have the care to at least wipe down your vehicle after they do any work on it. I’ve had to take my car back 4 additional times for them to fix issues they either ignored or to repair for damages they caused. My vehicles look worse off every time I’ve gotten it back. They continue to be unresponsive and take no ownership for the inconvenience or poor quality of work they will return my vehicle to me in. It’s shameful how they run their business without caring our the customers vehicle or time. This has been an extremely exhausting, frustrating, and stressful process trying to work with this shop. They don’t care about doing good work and will return my vehicle with sloppy and unclean conditions. I’ve had a horrible experience with this shop in particular. And as of today, my person of contact, Daniel, has been unresponsive to my follow up emails for over a whole business day and a half. These people have no care for

Great customer service. Nick was very professional, explained every important details about the logistics in the repair process. Not only he answered my questions, but he made me feel that their policy on 100% customer service satisfaction is one of their priorities. I really appreciate it. Also, the recepcionist and overall employees are polite and take care of their customers. Great experience!

Awesome customer service here!! Friendly, attentive to your issues, very very knowledgeable about technical issues. Always treated like first class from first appearance to the last appearance when car is completely fixed and ready to go! Crash Champions will go out of their way to make everything perfect, even if it's been several months after your car was fixed and some issues just so happen to pop up. Crash Champions will gladly listen to your issues. And address them professionally and take care of it! An extra star if I could give it!! #Zach #Grey Chrysler 300C
